NITTE SAPD follows a 3-tier Proctorial system for the overall holistic development of a student. The main objective of the Proctor Process is to provide supportive care and advice for the students to help them in their academic and personal problems, if any, from time to time and to counsel them appropriately

This system is followed to help the students to complete their studies comfortably and successfully

Roles and responsibilities

• Continuously monitor, counsel, guide and motivate the students in all academic matters
• Advise students regarding choice of electives and projects.
• Contact parents/guardians when required
• Advise students in their career development/professional guidance
• Maintain a detailed progressive record of the students
