B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Eligibility

The eligibility for admission to 1st year of 5-year B.Arch. Degree program for the academic session 2024-2025 shall be as per CoA (Minimum Standards of Architectural Education) Regulations, 2020.

The eligibility criteria for admission to 1st of 5-year B. Arch degree course for 2024-2025 is as under:

• No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational Subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate and Valid NATA - 2024 score
• No direct lateral admission of any student into any year/stage of the B. Arch course is allowed as per Council Norms.

Duration : 5 Years
Intake : 80 (CET-36, Comed-K-24, Management-20)

Admission Procedure

Admission through KEA:45% of the seats of the total intake are to be filled through CET. The counselling based on the marks obtained in 10+2 and valid NATA score 2024.

Admission through COMED-k:30% of the seats of the total intake are to be filled through Comed-k. The counselling based on the marks obtained in 10+2 and NATA score. For more details, log on to the website: www.comedk.org

Admission through Management Quota:

• “No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Techncial Vocational Subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate”.
• Valid NATA - 2024 score.

Note:

• After verification of all the previous original marks cards and certificates, if they are found to be in order, then the competent authority of the university may confirm your admission.
• However, even after confirmation of the admission, if later, any of the documents submitted are found to be false, fake, fabricated or fudged, the University will cancel the admission and forfeit the fee collected.

Commencement of Classes

The classes commence in August each year.
